Blogging loser

So... apparently, my goal was to blog once a week while i was at work... and as i can see from the date of my first post, its been a month... i'm officially a blogging loser.

what's been going on you may be asking yourself with little interest in actually knowing... I'm now 24 weeks.... WOW! and lets face it... in 2 days, i'll be 25 weeks.... that's 6 months... that's pretty much 2/3's of the way there... if history repeats itself and new baby comes early, that means i have about 13-14 weeks left... suddenly i'm struck with all the things i haven't done yet... things like... oh... picking a name... getting new baby's room ready... blah blah blah

I am enjoying a constant state of hunger followed by a constant state of bloatedness :-) I'm enjoying my nicely popped out belly button... i have always been an outie lover... i'm kinda enjoying how everyone at work is treating me like i can't do anything.... nothing better than setting the expectation low and wowing them with all the things i can still do....

Sum had her 18th month checkup yesterday. She just had her flu shot and they checked her hemoglobin with a fingerstick. When the nurse pricked her finger she didn't even flinch, and then she saw the blood and looked at me like "should i be crying about now?" and i said "look at your new sticker" as the nurse put on her bandaid... and she was done... she liked her new fleshy colored "sticker" that covered the end of her finger. I dare say casey would have passed out! LOL... apparently she got her toughness from me. Other than that, she's doing great. Still hanging out around the 25%tile for everything.... but that's where's been all along.
